Yes, you can if your bladder outlet obstruction was not severe (no acute bladder retention which requires catheterization) before receiving flomax. Withdrawal syndrome has not been reported but I think it's still possible but not significant. If you want to be cautious, you can taper one tab every other day then one tab every three days then stop if your urine flow is still stable. Good luck.
