Thanks for asking!: Flomax (tamsulosin) only improves the symptoms af enlarged prostate, and is a prescription medicine approved by fda.Super beta is not approved by fda and is sold without prescription as a supplement without any scintifically documended proof for its effectiveness and side effects etc. I will suggest you talk to your doctor or urologist before you stop Flomax (tamsulosin) as we can not advice you without knowing your case.
