Has hiv been ruled out here? negative 4th gen duo tests at 4/6/8/12.5/17.5/24 weeks post exposure. exposure was received a rolled cigarette from person who may have had hiv. sore throat at 11 weeks which is why i tested out to 24 weeks post exposure?

There is no risk for HIV from sharing a cigarette (or any other mouth contact, like kissing). You didn't need HIV testing, but your negative results are conclusive. You were way over tested: all results from 6 weeks on were conclusive. It is not possible to have HIV symptoms with negative blood test: your sore throat was not possibly due to HIV caught 11 weeks earlier.
