That test result is about 98% conclusive that you do not have HIV and 100% proof your symptoms are not due to HIV. HIV symptoms are not caused by the virus itself, but by the immune response to HIV. Immune response is indicated by antibody; it is not possible to have HIV symptoms with negative antibody test. And you can't have HIV anyway; it is not transmitted sexually without penetration.
