I have been taking levothyroxine sodium 50 mcg very close to foods and not punctually, can that be dangerous for my health? i have unstable blood sugar and lots of gastric problems lately?

Foods can impair the absorption of levothyroxine. However, it is less likely the cause of your unstable glycemia or stomach problem. Most of the time, if you take levothyroxine daily, no need to be at the same time, on an empty stomach and you do not eat anything within 30-60 minutes, the med absorption won't be affected and thyroid function will be adequate.
