You can safely assume you do not have genital gonorrhea if you do not have pus dripping from your penis. Non-symptomatic infections can occur, but are rare; and urinary discomfort alone is almost never gonorrhea. If you were to have gonorrhea, azithromycin in this dose is good, but still not the best choice.

If you have had exposure then best to see a doc and get tested and treated instead of trying to do it yourself- which is wrong and can be harmful. Pl do that
