It is not recommended to put Sudocrem inside the nose. Sudocrem is a topical cream used for skin irritations such as nappy rash, eczema, and acne. It contains ingredients such as zinc oxide, benzyl alcohol, and benzyl benzoate, which are safe to apply on the skin but may cause irritation if applied inside the nose.
