Maybe,maybe not: Few people are able to get the proper balance of salt dissolved in water needed to make a good nasal wash. If too strong, the solution can end up injuring the delicate linings of the nasal passages.If too weak, the membranes swell and the nose is obstructed. Most dollar stores have nasal saline available and at proper concentration, it is a good treatment for a kids runny nose.
