Can you use sudocrem up your nose on the mucous membrane bit? my nose keeps bleeding and won't heal. dr suggested sudocrem up there but is this safe?

Safe: We don't have Sudocrem in the US, but from what I was able to find about it via the manufacture's website, it should be fine to use on the inside of your nose. If you do use it and it causes an adverse reaction or irritation then stop (that is true for all topical creams/ointments). Good luck.

Would not suggest it: Sudocrem is an emollient cream designed to treat diaper rash and other skin abrasions and irritations, but I don't think it was intended to go up the nose. It is zinc oxide and lanolin mostly, so it shouldn't cause more problems, but a thick, white paste going into the nostrils may look quite odd once applied. I would substitute this with the type of Neosporin that has anaesthetic in it instead.
