Safe to put an antibiotic in nose?

No: I'm assuming you're not asking about an antibiotic tablet or capsule (a very bad idea, if you are!) but i wouldn't recommend putting an antibiotic ointment up there, either. Ointments can clog pores or hair follicles, which can lead to nasal abscesses.
