Take it at 11 PM: There is risk of high serotonin level. It can cause elevation of Blood Pressur& increased heart rate&lead to shock.Having said that the half life of Phenylephrine is2.5to3hours&Dextromethorph2-4hoursIt has been 9 and half hous ago you took Dayquil. So most of it has been eliminated ie half in 3 hours and 3/4 in 6 hours and 7/8 in 9 hours. So 1/8 th in your blood. It will be safe to take Lexapro at 11P

When : dextromethorphan & escitalopram are mixed it may increase risk for serotonin syndrome. However, that does not mean that it would necessarily occur. Although you are likely to be fine with one time combo- Serotonin Syndrome can not be predicted with certainty - because some people have developed if off of a low dose of a serotonergic med over a short period of time.
