Healthy diet: No magic. The keys are aerobic exercise, and not buying stuff you'll overeat (very taste stuff / greasy / salty / sugary). Get used to being a little bit hungry. Those abs will show as you lose your belly fat and gain muscle mass there. Hanging out with gym people will change all your attitudes about health for the better. Good luck.
