Probably not: vomiting has lots of potential causes, but what you were able to eat yesterday probably does not affect your occurrence of vomiting today. If you have no other symptoms, then I would cut back to a liquid diet until you're able to tolerate it well. Then gradually add solids back when you can. If you develop other symptoms, or if vomiting becomes persistent, then see your doctor. Good luck.
