Doesn't fit...: Symptoms seem to be related to nerve impingement. Facial nerves are different than neck nerves, though, which are the nerve supply to the arm. If the symptoms are more on the neck below the jaw, and not the face, i'd suggest the possibility of a cervical herniated or bulging disc. Suggest you see primary care doc or ed doc to get a good test for areas involved to figure out nerve distribution.
