The frequency of conjunctivitis (pink eye) recently has increased in much of the US. The reasons are not known. Probably you have either a recurrent allergic problem (it's the time of year for pollen, respiratory allergies, etc) or were unluckily exposed to viruses that cause it. For sure HIV is not the problem. Keep in touch with your doctor for diagnosis and treatment advice.
