When i suction one area of my mouth it bleeds quite a bit, my teeth are not aligned and quite crowded could this be a gum disease issue or crowding or a mix of both?

Without being able to examine it, it is impossible to say. The most common reason for bleeding in the mouth is gum disease, gingivitis. You should see your dentist for a more thorough evaluation and answer. Good luck.

Probably gum disease, a chronic bacterial infection. Crowded teeth make it harder to clean. Brushing is responsible for about 2/3 of bacteria on teeth, floss or WaterPik about 1/3, antibacterial mouth wash about 1%. A order of 66 (brushing but not flossing) is an invitation to gum disease. Bleeding gums indicate infection. See a General Dentist, an Orthodontist, and probably a Periodontist, now.
