I had a raised lesion soft slightly squishy smooth surface dried up in three days left a deep hole it appeared by itself not multiple im really freaking out thinking its a wart what could it be maybe mole i thought idk help? it was on genital area?

A wart or other STD cannot behave as you describe. Maybe an infected sebaceous cyst or something similar, now on its way to healing. It doesn't sound serious, but see a doctor if it recurs or you remain concerned.
