Dermatology: While images are good enough in many instances to differentiate skin lesions, there is much more to a derm diagnosis. Detailed history, current meds and previous treatment for same lesions that may change their appearance, a general exam far from the lesions, location and behavior of the skin lesions create a complex puzzle, but usually help identifying the skin condition.
