Skin bump diagnosis: These all look very different from one another. Typical moles, folliclulitis, and warts are easily disginguished by any dermatologist. Google each of them to see typical photos: you'll easily see the differences yourself.

Dermatology: While images are good enough in many instances to differentiate skin lesions, there is much more to a derm diagnosis. Detailed history, current meds and previous treatment for same lesions that may change their appearance, a general exam far from the lesions, location and behavior of the skin lesions create a complex puzzle, but usually help identifying the skin condition.
