If bystolic is really the cause of your GI issues, cutting the dose in half will not make any difference. It will be more helpful if you let us know what your GI issues are and what condition you are taking bystolic for (BP, rhythm or heart condition). It will be more appropriate if you talk to the prescribing doctor. Good luck.
