Hello, i have a probelm. 7 months ago i had black spot under toe nail, i was on excision and histology was good. now the new spot appears under my toe nail. it is normall? thank you?

This could be a fungal infection of the nails. You should have it looked at, perhaps by a foot doctor, as there are treatments available for toenail fungal infections. The only way to know for sure is to have a doctor look at it. Good luck to you!

You need to be seen by the previous doctor. Black spots on the nail bed ( under the nail) need to be biopsied. Glad your biopsy was negative. But reappears requires to be seen.
