How hard can lipomas be? i have two 5cm lumps midthigh harder than the fat around them and don't really feel rubbery have been growing slowly & changing texture. near-surface & do not move easily but will when the fat underneath moves. worth concern?

Any growing lumps merit a visit to one's doctor who can refer to a specialist or arrange for the imaging which can characterize the mass(es) and make decisions concerning proper management.
