Lipoma or lymph node: With out a hands on exam this would B my best guess, or could B a combination of both.

Lipomas??: Without an exam it would be difficult to say. It sounds like lipomas - fatty tumors. some people have a few, some have a bunch. They can be removed if needed. They don't habe to be removed if it is determined that they are lipomas. See you doctor or surgeon to make sure.
