: This is not a tetanus symptom and there is no chance of tetanus from this kind of injury. Rust is not a tetanus risk, unless the object is rusty from being in soil; and only very deep wounds (like a nail puncture an inch deep) is a likely risk. Almost certain you have a minor viral infection that has nothing to do with the razor injury.
