Heartache: The constellation of symptoms described does sound like anxiety. Heart issues per se in a 22 year old are uncommon unless you've had a history of heart problems since childhood. Also, more info is needed to help you arrive to a definitive diagnosis. Based on the very limited data provided, all we can do is guess.
