When should i go to the doctor for a sore throat. we traveled to norway, wore masks, and now my throat hurts. can strep be mild? if its mild can it go away on its own or will it turn into rheumatic fever? how many days should i wait before i go dr?

Rheumatic fever is more a risk of children & teens than older adults. You have ~7-10 days from 1st symptoms to start treatment for strep before untreated disease can set up for RF. If the issue bothers you, get tested. The only way to know is with a test.
