So i don't have an allergy to chocolate but whenever i eat it i sneeze it doesn't matter what kind of chocolate when it happens and no other doctor knows why. i also haven't been tested for any allergies. please explain how and why this happens?

If what you say is true you are having an allergic reaction to something in chocolate. I probably would avoid it and if you cannot then seen an allergist for verification by testing and possible desensitization to chocolate.
