Still prob allergic: Allergy testing doesn't test for all possible things a person can be allergic to. Watery and itchy eyes and nose are still likely allergic. Bring up this point with your allergist and see what they suggest.

Kind of test?: If you had only a blood test for allergies , you may end up with some or many false-negative tests especially with molds and trees. If you still have symptoms and especially your symptoms are seasonal, you should consult your allergist to undergo skin testing which tests your biologic as well as the presence of allergy antibody. By the way, do you have itching anywhere.
