Can my 7 yr old daughter take claritin (loratadine) allergy medicine with antibiotics azithrom doctor gave bromfed .strep throat and running nose and sneezing bad?

Timing: Have her take the clariten in the morning. Give Azithromycin as directed once a day. I would make sure not to give the bromfed (brompheniramine) within six hours of the Clariten. Use a cool mist humidifier at bedside at night to help calm the cough and soothe the throat. Try some otc Nasocort at night as cough due to runny nose/irritated throat. Cough meds rarely help.
