Viral syndrome: Most likely you have viral upper respiratory tract infection that is causing sneezing, sore throat and coughing. You do not mention whether you have fever. If you develop high fever and/or increasing pain on swallowing, you have to be examined by a physician to rule out streptococcal throat infection.
