Folliculitis, an infection of hair follicles, most often caused by Staphylococcus aureus. You should take a different antibiotics effective against S. aureus.

Good chance of follicular infection or obstruction (hair root). Best to see a dermatologist. Keep area clean with soap and water Good luck
