Your skin condition could potentially be a form of keratosis pilaris, also known as "chicken skin." This is a common skin condition that causes rough patches and tiny bumps, often on the arms, thighs, and buttocks, but can also occur on other areas of the body, including the forehead. It is usually harmless and not contagious. Seek medical attention, it could be eczema, psoriasis, or skin cancer.
