Have a small red hard lump with no head on the left upper theigh. it's a lump that came back after taking some antibiotics. justhoping its not cancer ?

Unlikely: Sounds like the antibiotics helped. If so, infection/abscess still at the top of the list, and complete resolution did not occur with the antibiotics. Cancer is low on the list of possibilities. See your doctor again for another round of antibiotics or drainage.

Hard lump under the skin on inner thigh, bikini line, doesn't hurt. Feels like fatty tissue, no redness,no head. Kind of scared.
