Yes, the HIV AgAb tests ("4th generation", "combo" tests) are conclusive after 6 weeks. Six weeks also is OK for hep B, but hep C can take longer. However, hep C is not sexually transmitted at all heterosexually (or so rarely it should be ignored); the hep C virus is sexually transmitted only between men having rough anal sexual practices with other men.
