Dear doc, after 2 years potential exposure & there is no TPHA in my place, i took RPR, VDRL & Rapid sifilis, the result is negative, i did re-test until 3 times and all of it come back negative, is it conclusive after 2 years of potential exposure?

How many years RPR still effective to detect syphilis ? just read that rpr will show negative in untreated latent syphilis, can rpr still accurate even in 2-3 years after potential exposure? thanks for your patience doc?
If I want to do a syphilis test 3/4 months from exposure, is VDRL or RPR better, may I be informed of the accuracy of the VDRL, TPHA, RPR tests, whether at 3/4 months the accuracy can reach 100% to rule out syphilis?
