What does it mean in the conclusion of my results from an ultrasound that: "cirrhotic liver parenchyma without evidence of hepatic observation"

Probably you have cirrhosis, i.e. serious scarring of liver tissue. However, ultrasound diagnosis usually requires confirmation by other tests, like liver biopsy. There are several possible causes of cirrhosis; discuss with your doctor. (Are you are misreading "observation"? Maybe "obstruction"?) Good luck.
