Not all urinary tract infections show up on urinalysis. There are numerous causes other than infections for burning with urination include vaginitis urethral or bladder inflammation. General recommendation if these symptoms persist for more than three weeks, consult an OB/GYN for diagnosis, and treatment

One time burning on urination is nothing to worry about- itcould be just concentrated urine. Drink plenty of water
