Mri w/ contrast showed: slightly atrophic pancreas with tiny cystic foci at the pancreatic tail. aside from any surgery,what can be done to eliminate cysts?

When MRI/MRCP T2 detects 2mm hyperintense cystic focus in the pancreatic head/body(which projects to periphery of pancreas), but T1 Weighted post contrast correlate images are normal. Would you diagnose above as 2mm cystic lesion or normal study?
