Hodgkin's disease(HD) commonly presents with enlarged lymph nodes(often in the neck or in the chest(on X-rays). A small percentage of patients may have intermittent fevers, itching and or weight loss( the so called 'B' symptoms). Itching as the only symptom of HD is uncommon but persistent urge to itch all over the body does raise the possibility of HD.
