You should skip the next dose and then get back on your regular schedule. There is no serious adverse effect from taking 1 extra dose of Singulair 12-hours apart. Call your doctor if you have any side effects. Good luck to you!

As mentioned previously you should be fine by skipping next dose. Would suggest use of a pillbox or an app to prevent such events from happening again with Singulair or other drugs.
