Depends: Maximum daily dose of lisinopril is 80mg in a 24hr period. If one is normally on 40mg daily as determined by prescribing doctor, a higher than prescribed dose may result in temporary low blood pressure. Lasting approximately 12-24 hours. Too high of a dose may also raise potassium. If any symptoms of dizziness or lightheadedness develop would go to er.
