Is there ever a situation where a person bumps their head , has a slight headache , nausea or woozy but has no concussion. only bump? curious

Yes.: At times you can have mild headache, and initial very short term nausea and dizziness without concussion in a head injury. However it is a sports related injury, than a person doing the initial evaluation should always take the side of caution than take any chances.
