Ive had x-rays done on both and an mri done on my left. ive also tried physical therapy. im considering applying for disability (i am a cashier) but i am a little worried. would i have a good chance of getting approved?

Ive had hip/groin pain for 2 years, Ive had both a mri and x-ray which showed nothing. The first mri showed I had stress fractures but now nothing. I did physical therapy for a year, didnt help. Now seeing pain management, not helping. What now?
