Not my regimen!: I would inject your tb, and then put you on a cycling regimen of graduated increasing intensity. I do not know what pt has to offer bursitis except great medical expense! bicycling is the best sporting activity for gluteal issues, because it does not overload, but increases blood flow immensely, which helps heal sprained/strained muscle.
