Something has to be causing it. Do you use thumb a lot in your job? Play soft ball and jammed it? YOUR BODY IS TALKING TO YOU! Listen and take good notes. Like when does it start/stop? Where does it go? What makes it better/worse? How long does it last? Medication helps/worsens? Share your notes with your Dr. and discuss.
