This is likely a fungal infection from the antibiotic. You need an anti fungal treatment, which you can get over the counter. It comes in a cream you can apply to the area as directed on the package. You can ask your pharmacist to find it for you. Best of luck to you!

Hard to say without an exam. Could be fungal infection. Keep area clean apply cortisone for irritation and see your doc/gyn.
