You shouldn't want merely a list of possibilities with guesses and answers over the internet. You should want an exact and accurate answer asap! that will require you seeing someone for an evaluation.

Could be pressure: Could be pressure on a nerve, could be something else. This is not the type of problem where you want guesstimates. Please have yourself examined asap.
