I have anxiety, depression, and ocd. i have had motor tic since i was 14 years old but i just started to develop vocal tics as well. am i developing some kind of tourettes syndrome?

I am leery of accepting any Tourette's label with no symptoms before age 10. Tic disorders come is various forms, some transient and some chronic. I would consult with a neurologist with a special interest in tic disorders to sort this out & plan management.
