Depends on provider: If you have a primary comfortable treating those conditions they can certainly manage them. If they are not comfortable then referral to a neurologist or psychiatrist would work. Medication treatment would likely involve more than one medication as well as other interventions such as therapy. Ask your provider if they can perform genetic testing re medication metabolic pathways to help choosing.
