I have left ventricular hypertrophy and anxiety and thus results in my blood pressure always being high. medications does little for me, next step?

I think it's the other way around as persistent high blood pressure leads to LVH unless you have a hypertrophic cardiomyopathy to begin with. Anyone's blood pressure can be controlled if he/she is willing to take enough medication. Some resistant patients have to take 5 different meds. I recommend consulting a cardiologist for appropriate evaluation,testing&treatment.
