Bowen disease is a form of a type of skin cancer. Although it might be a bit vascular, it generally shouldn't blanch completely. If truly bowens disease, it should be treated often with surgically removal or topically with one of a few anti cancer meds.

Bowen's disease is a squamous cell carcinoma in situ, a non-invasive form of skin cancer. The lesions are usually red or pink and scaly, and they can be mistaken for other skin conditions such as psoriasis or eczema. Under pressure the lesion may blanch or turn white temporarily due to the compression of blood vessels in the area. This does not necessarily indicate that the lesion is benign.
